Upsilon Alumni Chapter membership levels and benefits

For the first five years after graduation, new alums will be given the opportunity to be a member of the Alumni Chapter without having to pay dues. We are doing this to give new graduates a chance to become financially stable while having the chance to participate in all aspects of our Brotherhood. New alumni members will be asked to get involved with both the running of the alumni chapter, attending events, and giving what they are able to afford help with our philanthropic activities

Annual Dues - $30 dollars – Benefits include opportunities to participate in all facets of the Alumni Chapter and finding out whether the experience is the right fit for you

Five Year Dues - $100 dollars- Benefits include opportunities to participate in all facets of the Alumni Chapter at a savings of 50% compared to annual dues

Five Year Dues – Founding Members -$200 dollars- Benefits include opportunities to participate in all facets of the Alumni Chapter and be listed on the website and a permanent Plaque located at 306 E. Gregory. Membership registration and payment will be due by Founders Day, December 10th, 2026.
What will my dues be used for:

Insurance and any State and Federal registrations and tax filings as a 501c7 membership organization

Covering a portion of Alumni special event costs

Annual dues to the National Office

Assisting the Undergrad Chapter with projects and philanthropy

Special projects as voted upon annually by Alumni members
Benefits of becoming a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Upsilon Alumni Chapter?
1. Have access to the directory of all past Upsilon Initiates in good standing if you want to reconnect
2. Receive six annual updates on what is happening in the fraternity including the Semiannual National Star and Lamp, a semiannual newsletter from the undergraduate Chapter discussing their achievements and goals, and at least two newsletters from the Alumni Chapter informing members of upcoming events and opportunities to get more engaged with our Brotherhood
3. The chance to attend at least three special events each year including homecoming hosted by the Alumni Chapter
4. Have full access to the Upsilon Pi Kappa Phi photo gallery going back over 75 years
5. Leadership and volunteer opportunities to assist with the growth and development of the Alumni Chapter
6. Serve as mentor to undergraduate members both with their journey during their college days as well as assisting with job leads and referrals before graduation
7. Learn more about our National Office initiatives and trainings
8. The ability to give back either financially or with your time to assist with our annual philanthropic endeavors to help individuals with disabilities
9. As we grow and develop, additional opportunities to remember, reconnect, and reengage with all the things and brothers that made our undergraduate years as a Pi Kapp so deeply meaningful
